The Best of Naples Florida is a free editorial guide. You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish, resell or systematically copy our writing, or use it to train commercial models without written permission.

Everything here is published in good faith and believed accurate at the time of writing. Prices, hours, seasons, parking rules, beach conditions, boat schedules, menus and business ownership all change in a resort town — sometimes weekly. We make no warranty that any detail is current, complete or suited to your plans, and nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.

Water, weather and outdoor activities

Our guides describe beaches, boating, paddling, fishing and other outdoor activity in Southwest Florida. These carry inherent risk: heat, sun, storms, surf, currents, wildlife, red tide and boat traffic among them. You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of anyone in your care, for checking forecasts and advisories, and for using licensed, insured operators and appropriate equipment. We are not an operator, guide, broker or agent, and we do not supervise any activity described on this site.

Third-party businesses and links

We name and link to independent businesses — restaurants, marinas, charter and tour operators, attractions and public agencies. We do not own, operate, control or endorse them beyond describing our own experience, and any booking or transaction is strictly between you and that business under its own terms. We are not responsible for their service, pricing, cancellations, conduct or safety record.

All text, photography, illustration, layout and the site name are owned by the publisher or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
